Who We Are

BCDWA as it was originally christened by the founder members, came to existence formally on 01/09/2001. The purpose of founding this organization was to bring together the computer dealers fraternity under the banner. Since than the organization has grown, performing regular activity of holding general meetings, seminar, family meets, attending outstation conferences and organizing festival meets.

Another feather in the cap of the organization was the publishing of a monthly magazine christened 'PRAKHAR' which has been brought about to bring up a healthy atmosphere within the organization and to make the information flow among the members.

Not only has the organization boosted the association member's business activities but also helped in building a strong bond of brotherhood among them. Regular meetings held once a month have given a sense of belonging to the members. The general meetings held on a monthly basis are not only to be together but also to bring awareness among the members about certain issue. Example meetings were two, one in which the members were briefed about the VAT (Value Added Tax) but one of the leading advocates of Trade Tax, the second meet was where the members were apprised about their legal right as traders.

Many of the meetings were sponsored by the Companies, which were helpful in providing information about various products, which the members come across in their trade activities.

BCDWA (Bareilly Computer Dealer's Welfare Association) as now it is officially known after being registered with the registrar of societies is bound to grow and reach greater heights, to achieve which all the members are committed.
