1. Membership can be obtained by Firms dealing in Computer
and submit a letter of interest to join the association.
2. Firms' registration with the association
will have the number of members according to their
firm's constitution being: Proprietary, partnership,
Pvt. Limited, or H.U.F.
3. Firm's registration will have one member's
name enlisted as a registered member.
In case if a firm has more than one member and attends
the general meetings the firm shall have to pay an
additional charge of 50% of the Annual fee per additional
member to a maximum of two.
4. If the additional member enlisted is holding
or running another firm dealing in computers, He/She
can not be enlisted through the single firm or take
advantage of the 50% fee clause. That is to say that
the concerned member shall have to enlist separately
in the association.
5. Any outstation firm having a branch office
in Bareilly is welcome to be a member of the association.
The firm can be represented by the branch head of
the firm's local branch having explicit written authority
from the Proprietor/Partner of the Head/Parent firm.
This is applicable only if the firm's Proprietor/Partner
is of the parent firm is not residing in Bareilly.
6. Any computer association in the nearby cities
can become BCDWA associates members by paying the
normal membership fee. Any two members can attend
the general meetings of the BCDWA. They will have
two votes per associates.
